The hotel is not ideal with terrible room conditions, including bad smells, peeling wallpaper, a non-functional TV and phone, and a dirty environment. The staff, especially the manager, was unhelpful and denied knowledge of issues like the leaking AC. However, the assistant manager was friendly and helpful with payments and key issues.
